Our Policy is to deliver confirmed orders within 7 days max, subject to stock availability. However, please note that we ship orders as soon as we can and in the majority of cases orders are shipped and delivered within 3 working days. Payment is debited from your card on the day that we ship your order from our premises.
You will be contacted by email after you have placed your order, in which we will confirm your order and inform you of the shipping costs and stock availability.
Shipping Destination
Currently we ship to all UK and European destinations, and are adding more destinations. If we do not currently ship to your country please contact us and we will add your country details if possible. Shipping will only be made to the card holders billing address unless special arrangements are agreed prior to despatch of your order.

For deliveries to mainland UK we use Initial City Link next day delivery service.
Due to the value of the goods a signature will be required and the shipper will not be permitted to alter the shipping arrangements after dispatch.

Our 30 day "no quibbles" guarantee
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
Returning items using our 30 day "no quibbles" guarantee is simple. Please contact GadgetsForMyCar.com on 0844 562 5590 or by email at info@GadgetsForMyCar.com. You will then receive an e-mail response giving you authorisation and special instructions on how to return the item. Please quote your order number and the reason for the return.
Please note. For your protection GadgetsForMyCar.com recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
Faulty Items
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this will be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you. If this is not possible, or does not solve the problem, please contact us.

Delivery Charges & Other Services
Provided that you have followed our returns procedures as explained above and if you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working days cooling-off period, we will also refund the normal postage charge for the delivery of that item but we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. You will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
